Mui Ne
Turquoise lagoon, local fishermen, and a well-established northeast monsoon — Mui Ne is a great fixed-camp spot to progress in flat water, with just enough swell offshore for more advanced sessions.

The spots
Ham Tien Beach. The main spot, right in front of the camp: turquoise water free of reefs or rocks, and steady wind that makes it the ideal ground to progress safely.
Malibu Beach. About ten minutes away by road, the region's wave spot, popular with confirmed riders who want to ride the swell.
The flat lagoon. About twenty minutes south of Mui Ne, a stretch of flat water perfect for stringing tricks together or nailing your first waterstarts with total peace of mind.
Phu Quy Island. For the more curious, a boat trip out to this island, considered one of the windiest spots in the world, with waves, flat water and white sand beaches.
Mui Ne and its activities
Between sessions, there's plenty to do in Mui Ne: sandboarding down the red and white dunes, walking barefoot through the cool water of the Fairy Stream.
Or simply soaking up the relaxed vibe of the fishing village and its excellent seafood restaurants.
