The Trip

The Dakhla kite camp is all-inclusive: accommodation and meals are included for the whole stay, only drinks aren't included.

Sessions run morning and afternoon depending on the wind, in a friendly atmosphere where riders easily catch up after each run.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served right at the camp, in good spirits and without a worry in the world, between desert and lagoon.

In the evening, a drink together is a welcome way to stretch out the day.

The spots

The Main Lagoon. The ideal spot to start out and progress safely: a huge, shallow stretch of water where you can stand almost everywhere, swept by a thermal wind of remarkable consistency all day long. The perfect place to build your basics with peace of mind.

The Speed Spot. At low tide, it reveals an ultra-flat, fast-flowing stretch of water built for speed. The dream playground for confirmed riders who want to work on their tricks in near-perfect conditions.

The White Dune. A postcard spot tucked in the heart of the lagoon, accessible mainly at high tide. You ride at the foot of a pristine white dune, against a breathtaking desert backdrop, a session you won't forget.

Lassarga (La Sarga). Located at the southern tip of the lagoon, on the ocean side, it's THE wave spot par excellence: steady swell and good wind make it the ideal playground for intermediate and confirmed riders who want to surf or use the waves as kickers.

Dakhla and its activities

Dakhla sits right in the heart of the desert.

So if the wind ever takes a break, there's still plenty to do: horseback riding, quad or motocross rides through the dunes, or boat trips around the bay.

And to keep the evening going, the kite camps of Dakhla also offer festive nights out.
