Image rights

This page complements article 15 of the Terms & Conditions and explains how photos and videos taken during WindTrail trips are used.

1. What gets photographed and filmed

Photos and videos may be taken during coaching sessions as well as everyday trip moments (briefings, meals, free time), for coaching and communication purposes.

2. Coaching use

Technical analysis videos taken during sessions are used strictly for coaching purposes, between the Traveller and their coach, to help them progress. They are never published or shared without the Traveller's separate, explicit consent, described in the next article.

3. Use for communication purposes

Any use of a Traveller's image for communication purposes (website, social media, marketing materials) requires their explicit consent, collected via a dedicated checkbox during online booking. Declining does not affect the validity of the booking or the quality of coaching provided.

4. Minors

For any minor Traveller allowed to participate under article 10 of the Terms & Conditions, this consent is collected from their legal guardian.

5. Withdrawing consent

This consent can be withdrawn at any time, without justification, by writing to contact@windtrailcoaching.com. Withdrawal leads to the removal of already-published content within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Personal data

Photos and videos that identify a person are personal data under the GDPR. For more information on how they are processed, retention periods, and how to exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion, see our privacy policy.
